We got an upgrade on our room. The breakfast was yummy, the coffee was so good! They helped us to plan our stay and told us what to see in Sapa. They let us take a shower in the evening even after our check out in the morning. It's got such a friendly atmosphere, people who work there make you feel so comfortable staying there. Oh yes, and the room was big, bright, everything had such a nice smell, the bed was really comfy.
