Where to start!Had booked a Royal Suite for 6 nights and a separate standard room for 1 night.Upon check in we found that both rooms where the same!Then started the lies!!After 1 hour of going up and down between different rooms we finally decided on just taking 1 double room as it was the cleanest we had seen.They eventually told us the royal suite had been double booked.Then tried to charge us for it on check out (even though someone else was in it!!).Please, please don’t stay here unless you don’t care about cleanliness, comfort and honesty!
We stayed here only for a few nights and had an excellent stay! The staff was more than helpful with booking flights and a visit to Halong Bay. The rooms were nice, and the area is easy to walk around and enjoy Hanoi. The price is unbeatable! Will definitely stay again.

Very nice small hotel in Hanoi. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is good and the staff are extremely polite and willing to help at all times. In addition, the location could not be better, within walking distance from the main attractions. No doubt 5 stars, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning to stay in Hanoi.

A very nice and clean hotel in Hanoi. The staff is wonderful, polite and helpful, always smiling. You feel as you are the most important person on the planet. The breakfast is very good and the service excellent. The location is great. As the taxis are cheap, you can get the museums and the sites that you want to visit at a low cost. A wonderful stay!
