Rooms are well furnished and we had a lovely meal on arrival. Very little English spoken but that’s not the hotels fault ! Very beautiful and attention excellent . Lovely spa and good distance from the city centre ! Market is great and such a good area to visit here high in the mountains ! Good price too
we stayed for 3 nights in what was clearly a slow time for the hotel (Corona virus impact probably) We had a very large room (311 i think) with a balcony - it didnt have air con but this wasnt missed at this time of year there was no lift but the staff lugged the cases so no prob there. We used the bar but were the only people there so little atmosphere and also used the restaurant for breakfast which was good and had one dinner there which was also good - overall a nice place if a bit faded.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. The room looked warm and spacious. Breakfast was good, though a bit lack of selections. Ms. Linh at the reception was lovely and so kind helping me carry my bags and arranging my transfer service.
So many excellent experience here: receptions were professional, bellman so helful, delicious food, beautiful flower, rooms with wooden floor satisfies all kinds of people Feeling of happy, friendly, family makes me so warmly. Certainly, I will introduce Monet garden for my family, friends, my neighbour to vietnamaviation.vne and enjoy their life, their happiness
It has been raining almost our whole trip in Vietnam Christmas time. I shortened sightseeing to check in Monet Garden. I love the hotel , the gardens , the colorful Tiffany colored house and fountain. Nice ! Very Nice !!
