My husband and I went to the Sky Bar on our last night in Da Nang. The staff were very friendly and bubbly. The Philipino duo singing were brilliant. They created a great atmosphere.We had such a pleasant night and would recommend it to everyone staying in Da Nang

Indeed very pleasant stay in the brand new hotel with modern facilities with a high speed free internet access without a password even in the vicinity of Royal Lotus Hotel. Staff at the reception is quite nice and helpful. Security guards at the entrance are extremely helpful and pleasant go out of their way to made my stay in Dang Nang memorable one. Staff at the small pastries shop near the ballroom was extremely friendly and nice. But I really missed instant Nescafé small packets normally available in most Hotels for free in the room instead of that got 3 in one coffee.

We have chosen this hotel based on the reviews of other travelers. It was important to us because we had stayed in Da Nang for 6 nights. The hotel met our wish and we received a room on the last floor of the hotel. We did not know then that there was still a bar / club above us (16th floor). It was a problem one night when the guests came out around midnight, the staff began to pull the chairs and tables on the terrace, just above our room. It lasted almost half an hour, after the telephone at the reception, they began to move furniture instead of pulling them on the stone floor.The second problem we encountered was the bathroom and very low water pressure. We reported the problem yet on arrival on a Sunday evening. True, the hotel wanted us to change the room, but with our intensive sightseeing program everyday, we did not want to move in the evening to another room. Fortunately, after 3 days, they managed to restore the correct water pressure.Definitely a great plus and advantage of the hotel is the restaurant, which serves delicious breakfast with a large selection of high quality, tasty dishes (Western and Asian). Restaurant service is also a plus - professional and nice.We were also pleased with the work of concierges, who handled the transportation for us to My Son, Hoi An and Hue. The room was clean and quite spacious. Air-con worked properly, was quiet and efficient. The hotel is quite new, has less than a year. therefore there were construction works on our floor in the second wing of the building. Fortunately, during the day we would not have to be in the hotel, although such work should not start earlier than after breakfast, while the drills and hammers occasionally spoke at 8 am. It is a new hotel but rooms (at least ours) were a little bit too worn out (bathroom, furniture in the room) - as if the hotel were at least 5 years old.Althought it was not an issue for us, for some travellers a negative side may be the fact that the vast majority of hotel guests are groups organized from China and Korea.
