Accommodation was fine. Standard room with no window was tight but sufficient. Amenities were basic. Hot water shower was sporadic. Property looked a bit dated. Rooftop bar not functioning.

The location is very convenient to Old Quarter and food and shopping. Excellent service and nice ammenities in the room. The hotel property is nice, but starting to show wear. Nothing that matters to me, but maybe to some. Nice breakfast. I recommend and would stay there again.
We stayed in the suite and it was a great room - spacious, comfortable and a huge bathroom! The service was good whenever we needed anything but the layout of the hotel where we can bypass the lobby and go straight our floor meant that the staff felt somewhat distant. There is construction work across the road but that is not the hotel's fault - There is construction everywhere in Hanoi. There was also construction inside the hotel as they are building their spa. We were warned about this upon check in and it didn't really affect us that much as we were out most of the day. Great location with it being right next to the attraction St Joseph's Cathedral. but this also meant very early bell ringings from the Cathedral. Again, not the fault of the hotel but something to be mindful of. Overall a pleasant stay,
